Great sandwiches! - Edit
I usually get sandwiches here for takeaway, they're super tasty. They also have pastries, cake and other sweets, everything I've tried has been very nice. One of the best coffee places in Edinburgh 👍

My favourite café in Edinburgh - Edit
I was very much looking forward to coming back here after being away from Edinburgh for a year and I was not disappointed. My other half and I popped in about a month ago for a late lunch because it was so quiet (we were the only ones there). I had a roll with 3 fillings (bacon, black pudding and tattie scone) and it was much bigger than I had been expecting - it was huge! We then had a coffee and, as it was closing time, the waitress brought us free cinnamon rolls - utterly delicious! The café has a sign with the coffee of the day where you can see exactly where the coffee beans have come from, which I think is a lovely touch. For a vegan café in Edinburgh and particularly given the portion sizes and I would say the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back!

Cons: The student discount is just for drinks

Lovely local cafe - Edit
Really sweet little cafe. I often pop in on my walk to or from the city centre for a coffee or something to take away. The sandwiches are delicious. I've tried quite a few of the cakes as well which are usually really nice and their options change frequently. The brownie they always have on the counter is particularly good! Quite a lot of the menu uses mock meats which isn't my thing, but there is enough choice without it too.

Cons: Can be a bit cramped to sit in when busy

Really enjoyed lunch here, tried the falafel panini, berry smoothie and hot chocolate which were brilliant. Will have to return for breakfast as missed out on the cinnamon swirls this time around!

Small vegan coffee shop to enjoy - Edit
Small vegan coffee shop with a variety of hot drinks and snacks. Also offering breakfast dishes. There are not too many seatings but there is at least one table for four.
Read moreIf you are craving for something sweet & sour consider ordering a French toast with bacon, maple syrup and some cut banana. I have learnt that bacon is originally made in Glasgow mainly from soy, soy proteins & wheat. I have enjoyed it with a large cup of decaf latte with house milk which is oat. For all of it, I have paid 9,95 £. Would definitely come again with a friend to try something else!
Pros: Completely vegan🥦 , Friendly staff, Decent pricing
Cons: Quite small

Looking forwards to trying more on the menu - Edit
Had a very tasty toasted falafel sandwich, will come back when I have more time to sample more of the food! UPDATE: I try and come here whenever I can, I think its the best vegan cafe in Edinburgh, given it has a great full vegan breakfast as well as the toasted sandwiches and great cakes! If it was nearer my home I'd go bankrupt as I'd eat here all the time!

Amazing amazing amazing - Edit
I have been recommending this place to everyone. 100% vegan. A great selection of cakes, scones, filled rolls, and breakfast foods. I had the tofu scrambled egg on toast which was lovely. I have also had one of the vegan cheese scones which was just lovely, the best scone I have ever had I think. I even took my non-vegan parents here and they were very taken by the place! I would go back to this cafe everyday if I could.

Outstanding! - Edit
I wish I lived in Edinburgh because this place is amazing. The staff was very chilled and friendly. The drinks were great. We ordered breakfast and it was honestly the best vegan breakfast I’ve had yet. Furthermore, we took cinnamon rolls and two buns to takeaway for later. Everything was delicious.😄I highly recommend.

After we discovered this place we came back everyday. We had their scones, blueberry croissant and the cinnamon swirl... It was absolutely delightful. They have a breakfast menu too and a lot of really nice sandwiches. The coffee is high quality and the tea is so fresh and warming. The staff is very friendly and we loved the atmosphere.

Lovely Coffee In Edi - Edit
Lovely Coffee close to Haymarket or Fountainbridge in Edi. In Coffee are two ladies who worked really hard when I was there and I saw that they, at least, like what they do. And it was visible on quality and taste their products. Cinnamon Swirl and blueberry croissant was amazing. Cappuccino wasn't the best from best, but was only small minus compared to the rest.
Read moreInterior was clean, they have toilets and accepting card. They also had winter coffee specialities.
Pros: Really good pastries, Cheap, Fast internet
Cons: Saleswomen busy and did 5 things in one moment

We all had an amazing breakfast, and lovely service! - Edit
We all had a great breakfast, two of us had the best porridge we’ve ever tasted. It was so creamy with perfect consistency with tasty toppings. And my partner had the cooked breakfast and tried vegan haggis for the first time which he loved! We took his omni mum with us too, and she loved the place!

Amazing place - Edit
I never leave reviews but I just had to for this place!!! You would never know it’s 100% vegan by walking past, they do an amazing selection of typical cafe foods, sausage roll, “Bacon” roll, soups, paninis, even croissants!!! I had the no chicken wrap with tomato and mozzarella and it was amazing!!! Very filling had to take the rest home. Also tried the chocolate cake which was amazing very homemade and you could never tell it’s vegan!! This is gonna be my go to place for hot vegan food, definitely wanna try the vegan breakfast next time!!

Lovely, friendly little cafe just a short walk from Haymarket station. We ordered a cooked breakfast each, which were both very satisfying. The haggis and potato scones were particular highlights but there could have been more scrambled tofu and an extra sausage if I did have a criticism. This was washed down with the free table water and a refreshing passionfruit and pineapple smoothie. I would definitely return again.

Fabulous Breakfast, Excellent Coffee ☕ - Edit
Have been here a few times for breakfast and am never disappointed. The chocolate and chia smoothie is delicious but in a hurry you can get a breakfast roll (vegan bacon, square sausage, tattie scones etc.) and coffee to take away. Better prices than elsewhere in Edinburgh.

Wish we went there sooner! - Edit
We had this place just around the corner and went there two times during our stay, the first time there was something wrong with their coffee machine which was unfortunate but we got a scottish cooked breakfast and a sourdough with scrambled tofu, and let me tell you that scrambled tofu was great! The vegan haggis and sausage was also a very pleasant surprise!
Read moreThe second day the coffee machine worked and when we ordered a blackcurrant crumble, coconut and Raspberry loaf and a coffee smoothie with cashew and banana we got an extra slice of loaf because they were sorry for the inconvenience the day before, great staff!
