Formerly fully vegan but added meat February 2025. Open Mon-Sat 10:30am-8:00pm, Sun 11:00am-7:00pm. Closed Sun.

This place is awesome. Best place for vegan ice cream vibes in Vegas (milkshakes no scoops) and the chili fries are a 10/10. My bf had the milkshakes two days in a row and he is a omnivorous picky eater. Highly recommend. Tried the burger on the first day was pretty dry wouldn’t repeat. Cauliflower wings were solid and house made ranch is fire.

Great food and the mushrooms they use are home grown. When you check out the different type of mushrooms they use for there burger, very healthy superfoods. From Vitamin D, fiber, inflammation suppression, cell growth, immune boosters, mind clarity, memory, focus, alertness, nerve health and overall brain support, while eating a burger with fries!!! The comfort food of immortality!!!

The shakes are incredible. The fries are incredible. The Mac and cheese.... incredible. The burgers are very good but not incredible. The best burger is the Greek. Not perfect but so delish. Will happily return!

Top Notch Experience - Edit
I entered with slight apprehension because more often than not I don't enjoy the flavor of mushrooms, I tend to find the texture unappealing as well, but life is about experiences and so is being vegan and... this was a supreme burger experience.
Read moreThey have burger, taco and salad options as well as deserts (see menu photos). I ordered a Tokyo Mushito hoping the spice of the pan fried peppers and punch of the pickled cabbage would create flavor profiles that would offset the mushroom experience and I had worried needlessly, I mean it was packed with deliciousness till the last bite.
Staff was friendly, setting was bright and high vibration, two indoor seating areas with optional outdoor seating, restroom was spotless, meal comes out on a fun little wooden tray with handles.
Just loved the whole experience.
Only complaints are that it comes with plasticware instead of silverware and I didn't know before hand I had the option for sweet potato fries. I could have asked... it's really my fault, I can't hold it against them.
GREAT. experience, will go back when my travels bring me through Vegas.

I ordered the Chaga Mac burger and it was divine! An upscale vegan version of a Big Mac, yum! 😋 I’ve had my fair share of vegan burgers and this one is by far my favorite! The patty is moist and flavorful, and the ingredient combo has the perfect flavor profile. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Will DEFINITELY be going back soon!

Service was very polite, but they gave me a differnt burger as I've ordered. The patio in the burger was burned a bit and had a very bad flavour due to that. Restaurant is nice and has a good potential.

The food was amazing and I got a chance to speak to the owner, chef and manager, they were all sooooo freaking welcoming, friendly and treated me amazing. I’m a huge fan of mushrooms, the way they incorporate all the mushrooms was incredible. #Veganuary

Not your typical vegan burger, which is a nice change of pace. A lot of detail goes into each sandwich. The only problem with this place is that they don't take cash 🙄

Definitely some of the best burgers I've ever had. The Tokyo mushito burger was amazing along with the loaded chili fries. My gf had the Greek Mama which was also delicious and their edamame is topped with a delicious oil Parmigian with a sauce on the side that disappeared quickly.

Some of the best plant based burgers my gf and i have ever had! My gf and i decided to give chagaroot a try and was super glad. Chagaroot uses a variety of mushrooms infused into their bun and patties. We also had the matcha shake and it was delicious! I would highly recommend chagaroot

In Vegas for a couple days and this was by our hotel.. I don't know if we can go anywhere else. This place is perfection. You have to try the S'more shake, the kale salad, and any of the burgers. AMAZING!!

As a vegan for 30 years, I've had my share of veggie burgers, but nothing prepared me for how incredible the food is! My host recommended the Tokyo Mushito burger, which I upgraded with street corn. Taste, texture, was absolutely incredible. Highest recommendation.

I had the Tokyo Mushito burger and chili cheese fries. It was delicious and super filling. I could only finish about half of each. The chili cheese fries are the best I’ve ever had.
