Vegetarisch ipv vegan - Edit
Op het menu is er een duidelijk onderscheid tussen vegetarische en vegan gerechten. De ceaser salad kon ook vegan. Toch kreeg ik een bord met eieren en kaas. De oorzaak zou een nieuwe kaart zijn waarbij nog niet iedereen op de hoogte was van de verschillen. Op voorhand goed navragen dus! Ze hebben zich wel verontschuldigd. Je betaalt ook voor de locatie. Simpele salade voor dure prijs.

You pay for the location I think because it’s really pricey. The burger is oké and the noodles I recommend! We ordered one plate of each and agreed on this. Also the panna cotta was very nice if you like these kind of desserts (tip: share one). My partner found the panna cotta oke.

One of the very few places where a Vegan can go in the Ardenne. Just beside the river (Semois) and a view on the castle. The Vegan options are great, however I was not a fan of the Veganburger. The bread crumbled and hard pieces in the burger (fried tofu). But the other options were very good and friendly staff. Unlike most restaurants there, it's modern and friendly. A chill restaurant where Vegans are welcome. Unique in this region.

Resto très sympa, l'un des seul où il est possible de manger un repas complet vegan dans les environs. J'avais pris un ramen qui était très bon ainsi que le crumble en dessert. Un peu cher mais le cadre est sympa!

Enjoyable terras next to the river Semois with beautiful view of castle especially at night. Near to parking place and start/finish of beatiful hike nr 41 on map. The Tofu noodle bowl(forgot the name) was nice and gingery. Tiramisu was Nice although it missed a true coffee and whiskey flavor. My dogs were welcomed and the friendly waiters navigated ingeniously around where they lied.

Charming restaurant with a view of the Semois river - Edit
This was the second time that we had diner here as this is the only place that has vegan options in the city of Bouillon. We had again a pleasant experience. Last year there was only one vegan option but now there were two. Both the boudha bowl and Mexican burger are delicious. The terrace overlooks the Semois and the castle of Bouillon, very nice at dusk. And inside its very cosy as well.
