Omokase menu - Edit
We had the ‘Omokase’ menu which was €35 each and includes edamame/soup, gyozas, and sushi. Everything was delicious, very inventive vegan sushi, and the service was very quick as well. Lovely spot for date night!

Great for date night :) - Edit
Loved this place. Very nice ambiance and interior. Sushi tasted great, nice flavors. You can choose your own sushi, or go for the fixed menu with 2 starters and a selection of 18 sushi for 35 euros. Very nice place for a date or night out with friends. I think it's best to make a reservation.

Maki spot in the 17th - Edit
I tried different sort of makis and be aware that some are very spicy. Otherwise, they propose a large variety of items among most of them are maki related. Fusion cuisine permits some very original assortment. Staff is friendly and service is quite fast. Not the best vegan mochi I tried in my life tho.
Read morePrices are high but it fits with the restaurant standards and location.
Booking is almost obliged.

Excellent sushi and gyoza - Edit
We had the gyozas, the tartare of champignons and avocado with sweet potato fries, the omakase sushi plate (16 pieces); and two "café gourmands".
Read moreThe gyozas and the sushi plate were excellent. It's great that you can try many different types of sushi at once and also share them.
The tartare was bland, and lacking some flavor for me.
Finally, note that what they call «café gourmand» consists of just a piece of pound cake and coffee (or tea). Usually, a café gourmand contains small bites of different desserts...
The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
There are set menus during lunch and dinner, which is a good value.
Pros: creative sushi, yummy, good service

Finally in Paris! - Edit
I’ve known the chef from Sushi Momo in Montreal, Canada. So glad to finally have it in France 😍🌟
Read moreI went for lunch and tried both lunch menu :
- one with a selection of sushi for 35€
- one with a poke for 25€
Both carry gyoza (or miso soup) and coffee/tea with dessert
There were both very good and I’m glad to find some real work into sushi! 😍
I’ve also tried one cocktail and it was pretty good.
It is a bit pricey according to the direct concurrent (breathe restaurant) but I guess the location plays a part here. It’s part of the fancy!
Pros: Very good sushi
Cons: A bit pricey

Exceptional place of creative cuisine with combinations that delight our taste buds - Edit
Located a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe near avenue wagram at 99, rue jouffroy d'Abbans, this 100% plant based brand has decided to establish itself in this sector in order to offer vegan or botanical sushi cuisine.
Read moreBloom sushi restaurants in Montreal and now in Paris offer a cuisine committed to the destruction of the bioversity of the oceans.
Opened in early September, with vegetarian cakes, this restaurant is now 100% vegan with the help of @vgpatisserie, thanks to them.
the cuisine is inventive, very well prepared, and well explained by the waiters.
The servers are attentive to the customer, it is appreciable.
I was able to test a lunch formula with delicious gyozas, then I tried krispy rice avocado and black garlic, perfect to start lunch.
Then a 16 piece omakase, the sushi is very filling with amazing flavor. vegetable salmon and vegetable feta cheese from violife is used on some, spicy and fondant!
I had a gourmet tea with an iced passion fruit mochi, very strong in passion!
The lunch menu is less loaded than in the evening, which is why in the evening, the atmosphere is very different and more festive with an incredible menu, as you will discover, californias, futos makis are offered.
In terms of drinks, cocktails, moktails, beers, sakes and wines are available. Tea, coffee and kombucha are also included.
The menu is constantly evolving to find the best combination of flavors to awaken the taste buds of 90% non-vegan customers, the challenge has already been met as soon as they open!
The managers were able to present the concept and their idea to me to improve the place, they were very explanatory and convinced me to come back with my friends.
And the founder of Bloom sushi @chefchristianventura was exceptionally present, I was able to congratulate him on his cooking!
The decoration follows a coherent color suite with respect to the place.
With 50 places available inside and a covered terrace soon, the place will be able to receive even more people.
In short, an exceptional place of creative cuisine with combinations that delight our taste buds, the place to be in September 2022!!
Pros: Choices and taste, number of seats, Decoration
Cons: No wifi for the moment, not enough dessert for the moments
