Way too spicy - Edit
I only ended up here as the cart I had gone to was closed. I’m a big fan of Chay 365 pho but wasn’t keen on the banh mi when I tried it before. I thought I’d give another try. At 45k it’s double the price of a street banh mi but has way over double the filling both in quantity and types of ingredients. So it’s decent value overall. I still wasn’t impressed but that’s personal taste rather than quality. I can see why someone who did like it would rave about it but it’s just not really to my taste.

Absolutely delicious, fresh, generous serving of vegetables in there, fantastic peanut flavour, very friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend. Small dine in area with aircon and takeaway option also. Best Bánh Mì so far in HCMC!
