Bread with herb butter!! - Edit
The herb butter was the best. The lasagna was also very good. The tofu Manila was very salty as it was just soaked in soy sauce. The place is beautiful and special but staff were inattentive and rather unfriendly.

a decent selection of vegan dishes - Edit
Atlas Bar in Copenhagen offers a decent selection of vegan dishes. The portions are generous, and the ingredients feel fresh. Some dishes could use more seasoning, but the flavors are good overall. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly. A solid choice for a casual vegan meal in the city.

Great service - Edit
Menu is not big but varied, I went for the lasagna and it everything was good. The standout thing was the service. Even though the place was packed and staff in a hurry, they maintained a great atmosphere.

Lasagna good - Edit
I had the lasagna and it was good. Not even at a fully vegan place can you bring a tiny dog in a bag inside. It's absolutely tragical. It is super easy to put a plastic curtain or door to the kitchen so it isn't open and then you follow the legislation. I was met by the door by someone who just spoke to me out of nowhere and said "uh oh, dog not ok" and I had to ask if she even worked there as it wasn't clear.

A nice place but the food is ordinary - Edit
The atmosphere here is very nice, but the food was very plain. I cook more advanced food at home - and better tasting. Still good though, but there are easily better places in CPH.

I had the lasagne and my husband had the Tofu Manilla. We were both really happy with our meals and very full by time we finished. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely food, large portions, but strange vibe - Edit
We had some really lovely food here. I had a burger, and my husband had lasagne.
Read moreThe food was really amazing, but the atmosphere was a bit weird.
We had booked, but no table appeared to have been reserved for us. The girl said they were busy and just sat us at one of the last free tables right by the door, away from the main seating area.
Once our food had been brought to the table, she didn't interact with us again. We weren't offered desserts or more drinks. No one even asked if our food was okay or anything. We felt we were almost forgotten about as we weren't further down into the restaurant.
The girl serving went outside on a break for quite a while.
My husband asked one of the kitchen staff where the bathroom was and was directed out the front of the restaurant, to the right, but he couldn't find it.
I wondered if it may have been upstairs, as there is another restaurant there, but it was closed that evening, even though according to the website it should have been open.
Eventually we paid at the bar and left.
Just felt a bit unwelcome, but the food was good

One of the best vegan experiences - Edit
Such a cozy place, and in a good way you’d never guess that this place was completely vegan. I had the lasagna, my partner had the tofu manila and we shared the snack platter. Really enjoyed all of it!😄

Delicious lasagne - Edit
The lasagne was absolutely delicious. I loved the cabbage and carrot coleslaw thing and the tomato salad tasted like sun blushed tomatoes. Really tasty. They also brought bread and butter that was delicious too.

Great little restaurant! - Edit
Atlas bar is a nice little restaurant in a great location of Copenhagen. The menu is very good and while I only had the burger, it was a very tasty burger.
Read moreMy only complaint is the beer options. Copenhagen is one of the best cities in the world for craft beer (which is also mostly vegan) but the beers on offer are not good. Offering up some decent local beers would be amazing.

simply awesome - Edit
Fantastic flavors and food quality. So good non-vegans will love it as well so great choice for a varied group. Atmosphere is okay in the bar, not the highlight of dining there, but the food and friendly staff make up for it. Recommend!

Outstanding Food - Edit
Cozy little pub with 100 percent vegan menu. The main plate portions were quite large. I had the lasagna and the fish and chips but saw generous plates full of burritos and other mains. The quality of food was outstanding! Bread with spread was served with every meal...a nice touch. Highly recommend

Did expect the level of detail and flavor this place could provide. You are getting Michelin star food in a normal restaurant.

A great little vegan bistro - Edit
We dropped in here for dinner and we really enjoyed our meal. We got the Manila inspired fried rice and the dish of the day, which was peanut stew. Both were great. We finished with a very tasty slice of blueberry cake. The service was great and very friendly.

Nice that it is vegan but could be better - Edit
Three stars here mean just okay but nothing to write home about even though we were so happy to discover a vegan restaurant where we could have a proper meal. The bread and herby spread was delicious, as was the cauliflower soup. There were only a couple of entrees on the menu. We chose the burger and the manila tofu fried rice. The bar has been raised on vegan burgers cause there are so many out there. In comparison, the Atlas burger was just okay, and the whole shebang was accompanied by a rather measley portion of fries. I ordered the Manila tofu fried rice and thought it was lacking in flavor. The staff were not unfriendly but they were not particularly friendly, either. A solid choice that could be better.

Youre a hater. Dont get a burger in a place that offers lasagna. You must be a new yorker with no knowledge of cooking, like i bet you cant make a meal at all. You probably dont even have a boiling pot and a soup pot.

Fried Rice - Tofu Manilla - Edit
Not much space in the bar, but has outdoor seating.
Read moreThe fried rice labeled as Tofu Manilla was amazing, incredible. The tomato sauce 😋 I want the recipe 🥰
They also brought me 1 1/2 slices of bread and a green butter (not sure what it was exactly) and guacamole, which are not in the picture. Without the bread it might not have been enough for me.
I devoured the bread with the leftover tomate sauce 😁
Pros: Friendly staff, Versatile menu
Cons: Pricy

Out and about on my last day in Copenhagen, I decided to try this place , having seen it on my first day here. So glad I did. What a cute place. I ordered the Tofu manilla and a rhubarb soda (so unusual!). The complementary bread was delicious- crunchy crust and beautifully soft inside. It came with whipped coriander butter, which I loved. The tofu dish itself was a big portion of; really yummy and I especially liked the lentil-seaweed side salad. So many different textures and flavours. A great finish to a great holiday. Of course it wasn’t cheap - it’s Copenhagen!
