Uninspired options, confusing labeling

The labeling is absolutely terrible. They print a big vegan logo on all the menus but in reality only a few fruit ice options are vegan. According to them not even the sauces are vegan. To illustrate, we really were careful when ordering and it still happened to one of the people I went with to order a non vegan ice cream because it was inbetween the vegan options. Also cones are not vegan, we learned after the fact. We kind of expected them to be vegan with all the vegan labeling everywhere but they are not. This is the first time I went to a place on happycow and accidentally got something non-vegan even though being careful.
Furthermore it's expensive, and the ice cream is "ok", but not great. The vegan labeling is really ONLY for marketing, they do nothing different compared to other ice cream stores. What is vegan (some of the fruit sorbets) is usually vegan anyways, therefore nothing special.

Vegans already have it hard enough finding good and actually vegan options. For confusing and false labeling like this I can only award one single star, not more.

Not great. Not Terrible

Too bad that Arcobeleno have only Standard Sorbets as vegan options (like raspberry, strawberry, banana, mango and few others)
If you want some of the fruit sauce on top there are not vegan.

Cons: Fruitsauce for topping not vegan

Nothing special

Some of the fruit flavours are vegan, but not all! Ask to be sure. no vegan cones
I won't go there again because I think there are better options for vegan icecream in Klagenfurt.

Very Nice vegan Icecream. All the fruit flavours are vegan and very tasty. Not too expensive. Busy etablishment.
