Chilled cafe with friendly staff and tasty vegan lunch options. - Edit
Popped in after a (vegan) beer or two at the Auguster Bierkeller after a visit to the Nymphemberg schloss. Just what you need for a light lunch but equally welcome as a lone traveller reading or using laptop.

Cons: You might not find it unless you use Happy Cow!

Great coffee, great vibes - Edit
Walking into this place immediately gives a sense of peace and quiet. The atmosphere is very nice, the coffee was made very well, and the meal options were more unique than the standard 'hip coffee place' fare.

Delightful - Edit
Great Food, excellent music and decor. Perfect location not far from the train and bus stations, but not so close that there is a lot of noise & foot traffic.

A feel good place with great coffee - Edit
Lovely café, close to the main station, interior is a mix of collectibles with a clean modern bar, woody, green and concrete feeling. Super friendly owners and really good coffee. (I was a barista once and I became very picky about coffee and there isn't enough good coffee around - so go here.) I also had an amazingly good brownie (glutenfree and soyfree), but didn't see any hearty glutenfree options. Soymilk is basic, all others (oat, almond, coconut, sth else) costs extra (30 cents I believe). Freshly opened, so maybe that is why it takes a long while for the beverages to be done (but they are done with style and care). Would hang there more often if I was from around.
