Basic - Edit
I was expecting something more authentic, given the reviews, but it was basic and expensive (it's Amsterdam, what can you expect?). The pizzas were not the regular size, but smaller (same price though). My topping was not very present (I had the one with pumpkin and spinach), the dough was nice and crunchy though. The service was good, I enjoyed speaking in Italian. The atmosphere was basic, not so authentic from my Italian point of view.

Nice place! Okay food, friendly staff. - Edit
Trevi’s is a small restaurant with passionate staff. They serve really good pizza’s and antipasti. The pizzas have a good crust, lots of flavors and fresh toppings. We’ll definitly come back. We think it’s great that they gave a bottle of tapwater without us ordening it.
Read moreUpdate april 2024: quite small pizzas with hardly any toppings, for example a few small bits of eggplant covered with rucola. The crust was still good, but one of the pizza’s had a soggy centre.

Fine food- shocking service. Food was okay but we did not receive what we ordered. Service on the other hand was abysmal. Not worth the effort of the 30 mins journey. Restaurant had no atmosphere. So much potential but so poorly executed. Wanted to give 1 star but it wouldn’t let me- would give 0 if possible.

Very good, cute restaurant - Edit
We had a delicious dinner and the waitress was very nice. Note that the bruschetta and focaccia are not what you normally expect, and that no alcohol is served.

Best vegan pizza! - Edit
This is still the best vegan pizza i have gotten in Amsterdam. I have been here multiple times during the summers to take away and eat at the park. They offer great vegan pizza’s that are not just vegetables on tomato sauce or with gross sticky vegan cheese. Definitely recommend!

inviting menu, excellent food - Edit
This is the second restaurant that on arrival first points out (almost apologetically) that the dishes are vegan. Quite a few meat flakes seem to roam the streets of Amsterdam to make this necessary.
Read moreApart from this "greeting", everything else was top notch!
The restaurant is small and you will have to make a reservation at peak times. I probably wouldn't go here with children, more for a romantic dinner.

Molto buono - Edit
4.5 Salt and pepper on the table?! I kept on wondering why there was such a strange mix of trying to be really italian but also catering to dutch people/ tourists with some details. I’d say just be really italian:) except for not serving animal things then.

Okay - Edit
Small menu, but interesting flavours. Did not like their choice of vegan cheese though, too slimy, would prefer no cheese at all. Glad I got the truffle pizza, but felt a bit sorry for my husband as his was more heavily cheese laden. (Pictured).
Read moreNice focaccia. Decent pizza pricing.
Wouldn’t come back, but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to people wanting to support fully vegan business through eating pizza.
Pros: Interesting options, Small cozy space
Cons: The vegan cheese choice

We had 2 good pizza !!! And a piece of focaccia with potatoes(tasty but a bit salty). The brownie was not really a brownie but also nice (perhaps i will avoid the sweet dates? syrup as topping), friendly staff, VERY RECOMMENDED!!

Authentic and quite nice - Edit
With some aspects I was really happy. I liked the fact they served tap water by default, the appetizer we got for free, and that the place is run by two real Italians.
Read moreThe pizzas were nice. They looked small, but for the regular eater it's enough.
The waitress is friendly, although it's a pity she doesn't speak Dutch.
What really bothered me was the music which was playing so loudly. The cheese wasn't my favourite either. It looked like some kind of cream and they used it very sparingly.
Pros: Cute, authentic place, Nice pizzas and brownie, Free appetizer and tap water
Cons: Loud music, Bit expensive, Weird cheese

Pasta was unbelievable. Service was excellent (we turned up 45 mins early and they had no problem accomodating). I'd give 6 stars if I could

Not as great as expected - Edit
After reading all the reviews I had expected more. Pizzas are relatively small and the truffle pizza for example doesn’t really tastes like truffle. Dessert also not great and we had to hurry from the moment we arrived because there was another booking afterwards for our table. Not such a great experience overall

Italian heaven - Edit
Absolutely delicious. The hardest part will be deciding what to order. I had the mushroom ravioli and it was amazing. Also shared a pizza which was really good too just maybe lacking a little on the toppings but not on flavour. Everything tastes and smells fresh and authentic. Not difficult to see why they are booked out every night so make sure you plan ahead and reserve a table well in advance if you’re visiting Amsterdam!
Read morePros: The mushroom ravioli, The staff are super friendly , The decor
Cons: Very small so limited seating , Not likely to get a table without a booking , Music was a little too loud

Delicious Authentic Italian Dinner - Edit
I had the garlic oregano focaccia as a starter and the truffle ravioli as a main with a cappuccino and a maple pecan gelato as a dessert! Everyone was absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend going here. They have Italian music playing which was so nice as well. Cosy vibes and good food.

A cosy place for dinner - Edit
This is a cosy place with six small tables. It’s a super casual dining environment with just two members of staff- one serving and one cooking.
Read moreMy family and I ordered the bruschetta, focaccia, spaghetti polpette and some pizzas. The food was nice and the environment was lovely.
It doesn’t get five stars from me because the pizzas were low on toppings and the focaccia wasn’t proper focaccia it was pizza dough with garlic oil.

Extraordinary Vegan Italian Food - Edit
The food at Trevi's is outstanding - and coupled with the warmth of the owners, this makes It a place you don't want to miss for Vegan Italian food in Amsterdam. Trevi's is a small neighborhood restaurant, serving authentic Italian food at very reasonable prices. My daughter and I ate here twice during our stay in Amsterdam, and all the food that we ordered - pizzas, pasta and desserts - was absolutely delicious. The second time we came, we were already greeted as old friends. My daughter and I give Trevi's a 100% recommendation!

I had higher expectations - Edit
Maybe my expectations were too high after I red all the enthousiastic reviews. First of all it’s good to know reservations are required. We called last minute one afternoon to ask and they told us we were welcome from 20:15 (first available spot). Only to hear when we came in there they were open till 21:00. Not only the kitchen but the whole restaurant. We came a bit early. They were ready to take our order at 20:30. We made sure to order only a main course (cause of the time) and had to wait till it got there so had to eat very quickly. I didn’t even manage to finish it but they made it very clear they were closing and they wanted us out. So I took the rest of my meal to the hotel. I understand restaurants have different openings times but please tell costumers beforehand if you suggest a time as 20:15, knowing the dinner will practically start only 15 minutes before closing time. We felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Read moreThe food was good, but not super special - but that could be because we felt in a rush. Also the seating was quite uncomfortable (and I am a small person). I can see the charm of this place and the potential but our whole experience was quite disappointing.
