New Found Love - Edit
All prior issues have been forgiven and forgotten. I now frequent Treehouse whenever I’m in town and have a plethora of new favorites. From the Katsu Fried Chicken, Brussels sprouts salad, Treehouse salad, chorizo scramble, crab cakes, hush puppies, pancakes, that humongous cinnamon roll, and much more! Food is consistently delicious and orders are typically accurate. Don’t forget dessert!

Tree House Vegetarian Restaurant is one of my new favorites! - Edit
It’s called vegetarian restaurant but everything on the menu is prepared vegan unless you specify that you want things made as their vegetarian option. I don’t usually miss too many non-vegan foods but I used to really like crab rangoons which I haven’t had since going vegan…until tonight! Their vegan krab rangoons were really good and were kind of nostalgic. I really enjoyed all of the food, cocktails and atmosphere. I will definitely be going back!

Love it! - Edit
Great for vegans! The food is delicious, in my opinion. Though, some omnivore people I know were kind of disappointed by the food. It is also kind of pricey.

Y’all the pancakes though. - Edit
The pancakes are absolutely amazing. Fluffy, lightly spiced, a decent sized portion. Even my omnivore mom loved them. If I could go every weekend to get them, I would!

Me and my whole non vegan fam loved the food so much! There wasn’t a single thing we tried that we didn’t love. Our fave was the “crab” cakes, so I highly recommend!

So tasty!! - Edit
I had the southern benedict dish with tofu, and I loved it 😍 also tried a latte, their tipsy dirty chai, the carrot cake and a bit of the strawberry cheesecake as well. Everything was super good and I strongly recommend this place. It is on the pricey side, though.

Favorite restaurant in STL - Edit
Most items on the menu are vegan as is, and vegan substitutions are available for anything that isn't (f.e., you get get a tofu scramble if you don't want eggs). You can't go wrong with anything that has brussels sprouts in it (salad, wild mushroom ravioli, sweet potato hash), and I also highly recommend their Cuban sandwich. I saw someone mention vegan cheese that doesn't taste weird -- I could not agree more!

Great food and staff - Edit
Just finished brunch here and it was great. We showed up without a reservation and they were able to fit us in. Two of our party are non vegan and enjoyed what they got. We went with the chorizo scramble and the biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage and they didn't disappoint. Definitely recommended for the food and the wonderfully friendly staff.

All vegan, can add dairy and egg if requested. Cocktails, wine, and beer. Wide range of cuisine - even our non-vegan guest enjoyed. Our party had hush puppies and queso fundido appetizers. Main courses were seitan Milanese, mushroom ravioli with fried brussel sprouts, a burger, and a chorizo tamale with mole. Excellent staff.

So good! - Edit
My husband and I shared the hush puppies, tamale, and mushroom ravioli. And we took a cheesecake home for later. Everything was homemade and tasted so fresh. I wasn’t grossed out by the vegan cheese like I usually am (I think it was tofu based). They were busy as heck, I recommend making a reservation

We had wonderful service while we were there. The food was so good and the waiter told us about the restaurant and their commitment to making their food and cheeses in house. Everything we ate, including dessert was delicious! We even ordered something to go for our drive home the next day. Yum!!
