Best croissants I had - Edit
Loved the pastries over there, tried the cauliflower wrap which was nice but the best ( thought it was fried so kinda of my fault ).

Cute cafe - great in the sun - Edit
Lots of little options to eat and lots of coffee options. The deco is super cute and the location is under the trains which is nice but the place is kinda small. Their social media is super cute and active too😊

Pain au Chocolat of my dreams - Edit
So I came here last weekend and got a pain au chocolat. I’m shook. It was the biggest, tastiest, flakiest, chocolatiest thing I’ve ever had. Instead of eating it like a normal human being I chose to tear at it like a wild dog. I was covered in chocolate by the end of it. Good thing they had napkins to hand!! (recycled paper) It was off the charts, hands down amazing. Nothing will ever compare. I’ve ruined myself. I keep thinking about it with a mixture of pleasure and anger. I’m sure they do other similarly epic scran but it’s worth a trip just for the pastries. The staff were working well together and everyone was lovely, the place looked nicely decorated and everybody in there looked happy. Go and get a pain au chocolat!! Have it toasted too.

Lovely little place tucked away under the station - Edit
Had to stop by this place on our vegan walkabout in Camden Road, as it came to my attention last year when they stopped serving cow dairy as a result of the owner watching the “Dairy is Scary” video. Had a lovely chat with the staff there who reported that business was up after they made the switch to being 100% vegan. This is the type of mission driven vegan establishment that I’m delighted to support, and as a bonus the almond croissant they warmed up for me was delicious.

Lovely little place - Edit
Great location right by the station and nice to sit outside on a sunny day. I had a croissant, which was nice but pretty tough and chewy. (Still searching for the perfect vegan croissant...!) But others had meals that looked really good.

Best croissants ever! - Edit
Came here for breakfast intentionally to try the croissants and I wasn't disappointed! Also enjoyed a lovely oat milk chai latte. Would recommend if you are in the area. Small area inside to seat but plenty of seating outside under the arches so still protected from the elements.

Smally but mighty - Edit
Wanted to come here for such a long time. Finally managed. Since the only gluten free food option was a muffin (more like a slice of tin cake, really), we enjoyed a second breakfast; coffee and a chocolate croissant and a gluten free muffin. We then headed over to Camden for something savoury.
Read moreThe café manages to pack much into a small place and I love the concept. Would be great to see a few more gluten free options; especially wraps or 'naked' versions of the sandwiches.
Pros: Great concept, Features a lot in a relatively tiny space
Cons: Limited gf options

Amazing cafe - Edit
This has become one of my favourite vegan spots in town. The food is just so great, as is the coffee. They are pretty bready and not very gf friendly, but when I went with a gf friend they were able to make a couple of the bowls gf.
Read moreI sampled most of their fish week menu, and the chickpea tuna and crab cake were especially great. The almond croissants are out of this world and the brownie is so gooey and delicious. I think the coffee is also of an extremely high quallity and they have a large selection of milks.
The space itself is small but sweet, and you don't usually have to wait long for a table.
Just wish they were open a bit later...
Pros: Food and coffee, Deserts
Cons: Maybe £1 too expensive on the sandwiches, Not very gf friendly, Opening times

Small but nice - Edit
The cafe is small but very light and airy - there seems to be relatively quick turnover so worth waiting for a few minutes for a table. The cafe does a nice selection of sandwiches and cakes, but if you're gluten-free like me, the selection isn't so good (ie. there aren't any obvious options). However if you ask the chef now offers to turn a couple of the sandwiches into salad bowls which is great. We had a carrot 'smoked salmon' salad bowl and a chickpea 'tuna' salad bowl. The carrot salmon one was OK, but the chickpea tuna one was really, really tasty. My friend (non-gf) also says the croissants there are brilliant. Nice selection of hot drinks - I had the golden mylk on this occasion and my friend says the coffee is great. Would definitely come back for that chickpea tuna, but a few more gf options would really be appreciated for those of us who choose to be vegan but didn't choose to be gf.

one of my favorite vegan cafes in London - Edit
Living in the area and having fields beneath close by is just the best thing ever. Think vegan croissants and pain au chocolat. Also the team is always coming up with a set of new lunch menu items. Their coffee is always consistently good. Owner Gavin is passionate about the vegan movement and animal welfare.

Terrible staff - Edit
Was really looking forward to visiting here, but have been left very disappointed. The drinks and cake were decent, but the brunette girl who served us was incredibly condescending, rude and miserable. Won’t be returning.

Sweet heart felt spot - Edit
Gorgeous energy of staff, amazing food (4 stars because not many GF) options. All fresh food made every day so better to go earlier for full range of menu. Use rude health for all milks and offer wide range. All drinks well worth price. Hot drinks very very well made. Sweet spot to sit in. Heaters inside.

Some of the Best Vegan Food I've Had - Edit
This cafe absolutely shocked me. The location is really cool, sitting right under a bridge and next to a rail station.
Read moreThe pumpkin chia seed pudding was shockingly good.
The burger had applesauce on it and blew my taste buds to pieces in the best way.
My buddy and I weren't feeling so hot, so we got a lemon ginger tea to fight off a cold as well as a golden tea with almond milk that was phenomenal.
I was staying in Swiss Cottage while in London, so it was only a short walk. Definitely far from downtown, but if you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check out The Fields Beneath. I was really impressed with this little place.
Prices for sandwiches range from 4-7gbp
Pros: Delicious Food, Well-priced, Good vibes
Cons: Small, so pretty packed when busy

I had a lentil burger, which was scrumptious but it fell apart a lot, followed by a soya cappuccino, which was okay. It's good if you wanna get a quick, healthy bite, but otherwise not a lot of places to sit. Recommend the food though.

Decent vegan cafe - Edit
Nice busy little place. Had porridge, croissant and a cappuccino for £8. The porridge was very good, with fresh nectarine and pumpkin seeds on. Good strong coffee too. The croissant was a bit salty but not terrible. Overall was pretty impressed, would come back.

slightly Disappointed - Edit
I went here with my son after his Photoshoot & to be honest I was disappointed with the female working here, she wasn't friendly which to me took me back slightly as the website showed the team to be friendly & welcoming & welcoming I sadly didn't feel. The Australian guy was very friendly though, the food looked good I just had a coffee though, I felt it was very expensive.

Had the mushroom croissant and almost threw up after taking multiple bites - the mushroom was so salty and the croissant absorbed all the saltiness. Boyfriend was okay with his salad.

Cute little cafe local style in Kentish Town offering high quality sandwiches, pastries and cakes. The staff are super friendly they have few types of milks to chose from. The coffee itself is very good.

It is really good that The Fields Beneath is now vegan. I had a delicious toasted sandwich there today and took away a slice of cake which I ate in the nearby park. When the cafe is crowded and the weather is good the park is a nice place to eat a takeaway.

It was a very enjoyable experience being at this coffee shop as the people working there were very genuine in how they spoke and acted. You could tell they enjoyed themselves at work and still managed whilst busy to get down and do the work in a timely manner. Perfect place for a quick coffee on the go!
