My favourite cafe in Tallinn. - Edit
Really great food, friendly staff, lovely environment in the cafe. Overall just a great place to get a drink, snack or meal. The faux-omelette was really great as an option.

Lovely café - Edit
I really got zero complaints about this place. The location is great (right next to the Balti Jaam tram stop), the venue is cozy, especially the outdoor section right by the ”window”, the service is good and the prices are fair. And of course the food is fantastic, I returned three times on my 6 day visit to Tallinn.

Vegan gem at the train station. - Edit
Opposite of the train station in Tallinn you'll find this restaurant and I like it a lot! Everything we tried was absolutely tasty and fresh. The iced coffee was very refreshing and the raspberry chai latte was so tasteful. They offer oat, soy, cocos ans almond milk and you can choose. We like the pastries, too. The snickers bar for example. You can have breakfast, lunch or just a snack here.

Nice healthy food - Edit
I ordered a teriyaki bowl and it was ok, but what I really, really liked, was the oreo cheesecake, OMG that was one of the best vegan desserts I’ve tried.

Fantastic and fresh - Edit
Lovely cafe with tasty poke bowls. Had the teriyaki poke bowl which was amazing and the corn bites starters. They also have amazing cakes and the staff are lovely. We went back for breakfast and had the nomelette and vegan sausage croissant - both excellent

I’m satisfied! - Edit
They have a very nice variety of pastries, it was actually hard to choose amongst them! Luckily the staff gave me some advice and happily explained the different cakes with their ingredients to me!
Read moreThe atmosphere in there is really comfortable, they have a lot of power outlets to charge one’s devices, so I’d also suggest it for some online working.
Just wish their portions were a bit bigger :D
But overall I’m very satisfied!

Nice ambience and food - Edit
Nice place, I had a bowl with tofu and a small dessert for 12.50€, definitely a reasonable price (more so for main courses than for desserts).

Healthy and tasty vegan bowls - Edit
Nice, small restaurant with 100% vegan menu and great atmosphere. I had avocado bowl, it was really delicious, but I prefer a little bit more spices/herbs in my food. Anyway it was great meal, big portion, fresh and healthy. I had also marzipan bun/roll and it was very tasty too. I will be back for sure!

ups and downs - Edit
Their "teriyaki tšikin" bowl is one of my favourites. It's my go-to, when I am hungry and want something filling, but still somewhat "healthy". Also, it's the reason why I haven't yet tried many of their other options yet.
Read moreBut their "spicy no chicken pasta" was pasta in unflavored tomato puree. Maybe they had a bad day in the kitchen and forgot to put in seasoning😄 Would not order again.
Pros: bowls, staff, all vegan

My no. 1 in Tallinn - Edit
Amazing menu, I would like to try everything! I had a nomelet croissant and kringel for breakfast, but their main meals looked wonderful, too - and I am not even talking about all the desserts, including macarons. Super cosy atmosphere and friendly staff (which is not so common in Tallinn). Very reasonably priced.

Good place for breakfast - Edit
I was looking for a place which serves breakfast and his was my first vegan place that appeared on my radar. I liked the atmosphere, however it was a bit cold inside during November. But the staff was nice and friendly. I had the croissant and they also had freshly squeezed orange/grapefruit juice, but I think that I should’ve gone for “omelette”.

Cosy cafe with great warm drinks - Edit
We ended up eating at this cafe 3 times during our stay, because it was closeby to where we were staying, but also because their food and drinks were that good. The first time we went, we were there for lunch. The little corn nuggets are their only appetizer was deeelicious. I had to convince my husband not to lick the platter. The bowls are really good. But we went back twice for breakfast, mostlt because the croissant sandwiches, nomelet, and warm coffee/tea drinks are fantastic. It's also really nice they give you a choice between coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk.
Read moreSeems to be a popular place to have a drink and work on their computer. Service was swift, and the kitchen is efficient.
Just FYI, you need to order at the counter, so you can get an English menu there, sit down with it, and go back up when you're ready.
Pros: Great coffee/tea drinks, Comfortable seating, Reasonably priced food

Healthy and rich in flavours - Edit
Vegan restaurant just across Balti Jaam tram stop. Although I knew that Rohe was somewhere around there and I had passed this place many times, I never found them! Finally I was standing just 15 meters away and still had to google😄There should be more leading signs.
Read moreThe waitress was helpful and interior cozy, decorated with plants. There were three tiny desks on the street as well.
Tšikin caesar salad was tasty. Good for a liht meal😄
The other time I had tempeh bowl. You could really understand that they had tried to create flavours but overall everything was too overflavoured for me. The tempeh was wayyyy too salty and I had hard time eating just half of it. I would have preferred more greens and less marinated and salted ingredients. Luckily I wasn´t that full afterwards as @maritetii😄
Despite the salty tempeh I will go back and try other dishes as well😄

Best poke bowls you can find - Edit
There's a lot of good to be said about Rohe, but one thing that consistently keeps blowing my mind and gets me going back for more is their "Teriyaki Tšikin", which started as a competent seitan-based chicken approximation, but lately became so, so much better.
Read moreBut nevermind that, we're not here because we're missing the chicken texture. What amazes me is that unlike most places - especially a bunch of more expensive places than Rohe - the poke bowl is just perfect. Everything is balanced perfectly, not too cold, not too warm, not too chewy, not bland, not too crunchy. Every part of the meal just fits together, bar none.
(Except for the cucumber. Cucumber is a war crime that should be banned internationally. If you don't think cucumber tastes bitter, you're a part of the problem.)
Pros: artistic balance of veggies in the Teriyaki Tšikin, it's a cute location, good vibe, the staff is lovely
Cons: last time in the courtyard there was a mischievous, crow that kept throwing small pebbles at me, from the roof (and I love him for it)
