Odete is a lovely little bakery where all the food is fresh, tasty and affordable. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the people working there were really kind and helpful.

Small and cozy cafe, service with a smile! Took 2 dishes, both were excellent the sandwithches with ham cheese and some sauce was really good! My friend who isn't vegan enjoyed it a lot! We are planing to return.

[eng below] Foi o melhor croissant que eu já comi: estaladiço, bem aromatizado, desmanchava na boca. Também provei a tosta mista cujo tempeiro do recheio estava no ponto! O pastel de nata é diferente do que os que já provei: há algum toque frutado que trouxe mais sabor. A padaria tem uma decoração bem bonita e aconchegante, com alguns lugares para comer dentro (não há esplanada). Quero voltar para provar os cinnamon rolls e enfim, todo o resto. Para além da comida excepcional, o atendimento foi muito atencioso e me faz sem dúvida querer voltar numa próxima visita à Porto.

It was the best croissant I've ever had: crispy, well flavored, melting in the mouth. I also tried "tosta mista" which is toast with cheese and ham, and the filling was perfect! The "pastel de nata" (custard tart) is different from the ones I've had before: there is a fruity touch that added more flavor. The bakery has a very nice and cozy decor, with some places to eat inside (there is no terrace). I want to go back to try the cinnamon rolls and everything else. In addition to the exceptional food, the service was very attentive and definitely makes me want to come back on my next visit to Porto.

They do amaaaazing sourdough bread, as well as amazing vegan pizzas and pastries. The cafe inside is cozy and they have a piano. Really recommend a visit!

A cafe bakery with plenty of fully vegan options. We tried the vanilla muffin and chocolate tarte with berries and both were delicious. We also ordered cappuccinos and they were perfect. If we had stayed in Porto longer I would absolutely return. We were told there is live piano played at tea time in the afternoons, would have loved to attend. Highly recommend this cafe for all your sourdough and sweet treat needs!

Read moreThey bread looks lovely - however our baguette was doughy and raw in the centre whilst being pretty charred on the outside (the chewy crunch was nice! :)). The pastries/cakes are expensive for very little, and not that great. We had a muffin/cupcake that was SO dry inside and had too many flavours (blueberry and plain cake, chocolate melt ontop, some blob of THICK yellow vanilla? icing(very american/supermarket cake icing), and a raspberry ontop of that). The LATTES we ordered were literally just 1-2 inches of drink - basically a medium/large shot which was half foam - and one of the coffees tasted burnt whilst the other was alright.
This is our second visit to this place, after being vaguely disappointed the first we decided to try again now 1.5 years later, and whilst it's somewhat improved it's still not that great.

Delicious vegan pizza's all day! We came here twice during our holiday and tried several things (pizza, sandwich with jackfruit, croissants, bread, coffee). It was all delicious. And the owner is super friendly.

Local simpático e muito acolhedor. Fomos propositadamente a um sábado à noite experimentar as pizzas vegan ao som de piano. Não desiludiu. Ingredientes frescos e uma massa de pizza fina e crocante, bastante leve e saborosa. E é um requinte jantar ao som do piano, a repetir.
