If I could add a zero star review I would. Went yesterday with my sister and kids. To be fair the food and drinks were lovely. 10 mins after eating my sister went pale, had awful cramps and ran to the loo. Even though she was clear about her gluten intolerance and them checking twice it would be gluten free she was served the regular bread in the gyros. As soon as she was ill I went to ask and the waitress confirmed she'd put it through the till wrong. There was an apology which was a bit lacklustre and I refused to pay.

My sister will be suffering the consequences for several days. Absolutley fuming. My sister will recover, although it will affect working but it could have been so much worse for someone with more serious allergies.

I called up prior to visiting explaining I have a nut allergy after reading a previous cusotmer review stating gluten food was served to someone who is intolerant. Upon arriving in the restaurant I made the waitress and manager aware I have a nut allergy. They reassured me the items ordered are nut free. After my throat was closing and started vomiting, I approached the manager who at this time was with the chef and apologised as there was nuts in the dish. After leaving the store an ambulance was called and was admitted to hospital. To my disgust, the team at Ethos are denying I told them about my nut allergy. This is extremely upsetting. Please be careful in this place especially if you have allergies
