Very good! - Edit
I had the broccoli soup, avocado toast and a white wine. Everything was good, I’d like to go back and try some of their larger typical meals soon. Nice ambiance. They mentioned they’re in the process of adding mock tails from real licor through a special process, may be interesting for those that don’t drink.

Amazing lunch! - Edit
I got the guacamole wrap which had tofu and guac with lettuce. I shared sweet potato fries with an amazing garlic dip and tomato salad with my husband. He got the feojada (bean stew) and it was really tasty!

Food is ok, service is chaotic - Edit
It seems that this is a bit of a trend in Portugal. But the overall dining experience is just not good. We received our food at different times so my food items were almost finished before my GF received hers. We didn't have the right cuttlery for what we ordered and it took very long before we received it after asking.

Tasty food - Edit
We ate the vegan version of the Portuguese beans stew and it was very tasty. The staff is very nice . The restaurant is very close to Praca da Figueira. Not expensive but small portions

Ho mangiato il tofu con tomate e era buonissimo. È un po’ caro ma non è terribile.

Delicious! - Edit
Super location and really, really excellent food. We loved the juice and passonfruit lemonade, they were both so refreshing. The scrambled tofu (with mushrooms and tomatoes) was honestly the best scrambled tofu I've ever had, so delicious and filling - the ultimate comfort food!

Not convinced - Edit
At the opposite of other reviews, I was not amazed by the food I had at Manjerica. I only had the mushroom wrap, so maybe other items are better.
Read moreThe wrap was very light, because it was filled with A LOT of unseasoned spinach leaves. The mushrooms were nice, but there was not much of it, neither was hummus. For 9€, it felt too expensive. I should have ordered fries along side to make the meal more consistent.
Also, I find it strange to drizzle balsamic vinegar on something you could eat with your hands. I guess they expect you to eat it with a fork and a knife, because the wrap was not close at the ends.
Service was very nice.
They have rhubarb flavored Fritz spritzer, so that's a point for the restaurant.

The food here is delicious and the staff is super nice! We came here twice and liked everything. The restaurant is vegetarian but more than half of the menu is vegan and allergens are always pointed out.

good, but overpriced - Edit
Manjerica is a nice location, with mostly vegan options.
Read moreWe had oatmeal, açaí bowl, tofu scramble and coffees.
I have to say, the portions were tiny in relation to the price. I do compare to other places with similar offer and location in Lisbon.
We were still hungry afterwards.
The quality itself was good though.
But as there are so many good vegan spots in Lisbon with better value, it wouldn’t be my choice again.
Pros: quite a few vegan options , good quality
Cons: definitely overpriced

Stopped here for a late lunch and had iced coffees, guacamole wrap and a burger. Lovely setting and friendly staff. The food was a little pricey but you could tell this was because it was good quality and lovely and fresh. Some great looking breakfast/brunch options so will probably come back. Coffee was excellent.

Mediocre - Edit
The food was mediocre. They also weren’t very helpful with making adjustments to a dish such as using oatmilk instead of soy. I returned a soup I ordered because I really didn’t like it which they did take off the bill eventually. I do feel like we were rushed out, we were barely done with eating and they were cleaning our table and bringing the bill which we had not asked for. I won’t be returning but I’m sure they have some good stuff on the menu I didn’t get to try.
