Was disapppointed - Edit
It's quite expensive for mexican Standards.Had the Dia de Muertos Burger, which was just a bread filled with lots of avocado, my neighbour had it filled with only onions and even gave it back.As I was still hungry after first dish I ordered a second which took ages. The ramen soups and gyozas looked nice, but I'm not travelling to Mexico to eat japanese food.A bit less fancy food and more value for money I would love to see

So much flavour - Edit
My partner and I ordered 4 dishes.1 starter and 3 mains. It was alot of food and we ended up getting our last dish to takeaway. The complimentary starter was a corn taco/tosida in a delicious cheese sauce. We then got the bread crumbed wild mushroom - which was my top dish. So fresh and tasty. We got the enchiladas - they were also quite tatsy but the sauce was a little bitter for my liking, my partner scoughed them down though. We got the 3 taco selection, this dish was out of this world tasty. The last dish was a more traditional dish, the last item on the menu. We liked it but was not as flavoursome as the other dishes. One of the best restaurants we have eaten at in Mexico City

Buena comida, pero el precio es muy alto si comparas con otros lugares veganos que igual son deliciosos, vale la pena ir a probar.

Worth every cent - Edit
I go to los loosers every time I’m in Mexico City, I love the Mexican Asian fusion and the quality of each ingredient. Price is good if you see the portions and taste. They make all their masa from scratch and they go all in when using mushrooms!
Read moreThe only thing they could improve are the desserts, most of the time they taste like they put a bit too much baking soda.

The chile en nogada is the only dish worth the visit - Edit
Cozy restaurant offering vegaized versions of traditional mexican dishes like quesadillas, tacos, gorditas, etc. Theme is a Mexican-Asian fusion, so some dishes, such as the ramen soups, are influenced by both culinary traditions. Menu changes frequently based on the chef's inspiration.
Read moreI tried their quesadillas, city tacos, and the chile en nogada (seasonal). The quesadillas had too much of their nut-cheese, in my opinion, so everything just spilled from the tortilla. I wish the order came with more quesadillas but each with less filling. Also, flavor wise I felt like the quesadillas were lacking. Bland and nothing special other than the tortillas--which was superb. The tacos were too greasy and again, I felt like they came too full for the small tortilla and lacked flavor. Not impressed.
The chile en nogada was the only surprise. This dish was absolutely amazing! The flavors developed were bold and delicate at the same time and every single ingredient worked beautifully to create a really symphony of flavor. I will come back for this dish alone for it was truly spectacular. However, this is only available during August/Sepetember, so for the rest of the year I doubt I will be back as everything else I tried was flavorless, greasy, and disappointing--especially for that price tag.
Pros: Friendly service, Amazing tortillas, chile en nogada
Cons: Greasy food, Flavorless food, Expensive

Way to expensive - Edit
They need to change this $$ to this $$$ small portions, and I can say the taste Is delicious but the flavor tends to be repetitive. I tried 3 different dishes and for me It was all the same flavors and textures.

One word amazing! - Edit
Such an incredible place but be prepared to wait a little while for the food, but it is worth the wait. Try the noodles it’s incredible and all of the Mexican starters are also delicious. Me and my friends ordered lots of different things and loved them all see all the pics. There is a small step as you come into the restaurant but other than that a nice flat floor so wheelchair accessible.

Questionable value for money - Edit
This place has a legendary status among Mexico City’s vegan community. The food is an interesting and most of the time delicious fusion of vegan Mexican-Japanese dishes. Overall, I liked the food.
Read moreThere are two issues with this place, though: it’s very pricey for Mexican standards, and you realize that soon enough as most clients are foreigners -depressingly, though, none of the waiters I heard interacting with clients spoke decent English.
But the biggest problem, and I think people need to be aware of this, is that food takes 30-45 minutes to be served from the time you place your order. Waiters claim that this is the result of two factors, none of which cut the water. The first argument is that all is home- and handmade and everything needs longer than a typical restaurant. That makes sense, but 45 minutes is just ridiculous. The second argument is that regular clients place their orders early in the morning so they don’t have capacity to serve people who arrive without placing their orders in advance. While this “system” doesn’t make sense, this raises the question of why they don’t let their clients know this in advance, or why they don’t have a waiting list... instead, they sit clients, take their orders, and let people wait for 30-45 minutes. Clients obviously get upset and the place has an uncomfortable environment through the day....
This is a place I would definitely go back for the food, but armed with a lot of patience
Pros: Interesting food
Cons: Relatively expensive (at least for locals), Slow service, preposterous excuses

Great food, bad service - Edit
I have been to Los Loosers several times since June 2018. The food is amazing, and most people I have taken here have felt the same. Very unique and delicious flavor combinations, everything sourced locally and lots of organic, etc, haven’t found anything else quite like it in the city. The con is that service is lacking. I had an especially upsetting experience a recent time I went in a group of about 6 people: the kitchen had forgotten 4 of us’ main dishes, and upon realizing, said they would not be able to serve us these dishes as the restaurant was closing. (!!!) they were hardly apologetic about it and only offered us some dessert instead of the mains after I insisted that was the least they could do. Have never had such a strange experience in a restaurant where there was such a big ‘mixup’ that could not be resolved.
Read moreSomething else to note - they are reportedly expanding their space to include a ‘fast casual’ upstairs at their current location, in addition to the current, more upscale space.
Pros: Stunning food, great flavors , Unique Mexican-Asian fusion , Nice ambience
Cons: poor service , Smaller portions , Closes too early

Lugar agradable - Edit
El lugar es lindo y los meseros son muy amables. De la comida es rica pero nada extraordinaria. El precio se me hace alto, sin duda siento que es un lugar más para extranjeros que no les importa pagar ese precio por comida "tradicional" o de calle.

I had the dandan noodles. They were delicious but this place had been so hyped to me that I think I had very high expectations, and it fell a little short because of that. I would absolutely go back, though.

Lamentablemente hemos sido “botados” del lugar por no permitir el acceso de nuestra pequeña mascota. Mala atención de su gerente quien se rehusó a hablar con nosotros. Este sitio se promueve como Pet friendly pero es todo lo contrario !!
