Antoine himself was behind the bar when I went, he was friendly and nice, the ambience was great, the food came pretty fast, and it was delicous; I have one gripe with it though: I ordered a caesar salad, and they gave me literally the whole lettuce together with the stem??? I can appreciate the creativity and novel take, but this made it very hard to eat, casting some shadow on my enjoyment

Excellent food and view on Eiffel tower - Edit
We happened to find this little cozy restaurant on our walk through Paris and were amazed by the food and also the perfect view on the Eiffel tower. I had scrambled tofu with mushrooms and was very happy with my choice.

Si dans l'ensemble le restaurant est très agréable, il y règne une impression de désordre, jonché de fûts métaliques vides. Les desserts sont exposés à l'air libre sans même une quelconque protection. La zone où se trouve les toilettes est très dégradée et sale. Sans compter les odeurs. Le menu semble ancien et non renouvelé. Le burger au jacquier à 17€ est acceptable sans plus. Nous avons trouvé des résidus au fond de nos verres de bière.

J'ai pu goûter le burger et il était vraiment très bon. Et j'ai aussi pris une part de carrot cake, délicieux et pas trop sucré. Les serveurs et serveuses étaient vraiment sympathiques.

Food was tasty and healthy with a variety of veggies and good seasoning in the dishes. The staff was kind and rather fast to serve considering the crowdy restaurant on week-ends.

I was excited to try the tempeh tartare, but after the staff seated me outside with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance just after 6pm, she told me they weren't serving main courses: only tapas and some desserts. Sad! I went with the tapas set since I was a bit peckish and didn't feel like ordering a series of dishes. The food was great, and I got to enjoy some more of Jay & Joy's blue cheese on GF toast. I loved how toasted buckwheat was sprinkled over the platter. My Aperol spritz was light, and I gnawed on the dehydrated orange slices. Hopefully I get a chance to try the bulk of their menu another time. I'm not sure if they usually stop serving it after lunch or if the kitchen was just having an off day.

Really flavorful bowls. Friendly service and got the food fast. Place seemed popular with locals. Maybe could use english menu, dont know how much tourists stop by but staff offered to translate if needed.

Very beautiful location close to the parc Belleville and a great view over Paris. We had a rice bowl with tempeh and tempura and came back another day for a pancake breakfast. Both were very tasty. They also offer veganized French classics like crème brûlée. Mains are between 12-16€

I've only had their sweets (pear-lemon cheesecake and carrotcake) and coffee but those were really good. Most of all I enjoy the atmosphere and service, and the cat that roams around freely😄Looking forward to going back and trying their bowls.

Read moreWe had the Pad Thai and the black rice bowl. I didn't order the black rice bowl (I ordered the quinoa one) but realized after I started eating that they made a mistake. And given that we had been waiting forever for the food I chose to not raise it up. The service was very slow and not very good.
The Pad Thai was not good, it was kind of a soup (which it's not supposed to be) and didn't taste great. The black rice bowl was ok.
The starters were fine too, even though we also had to wait a long time for them.
