Out of this world. I wish I lived closer to this place. The food is amazing, both the pastries and the fermented food they make and sell, the place is lovely and the staff is super nice and helpful. The quality of the food here is undoubtedly high, and the atmosphere they were able to create is something you can't buy!

Una sola parola: F A VO L O S O (anzi, fAWvoloso). Dolci da leccarsi i baffi, sia quelli di pasticceria moderna (tortine frangipane, semifreddi), sia gli sfogliati. Io che in genere non prendo cornetti o altri dolci di sfoglia, una volta assaggiato il loro cornetto al cioccolato e caramello ero in visibilio, tanto da aver voluto assaggiare anche il pan suisse.

BEST PASTRIES AND VEGAN CHEESE EVER! - Edit
Don’t walk, RUN to try this place!! I have never in my life eaten such deliciousness. All their pasties are out of this world !! The only thing I would say is the cheesecake is more like a whipped cream cake but it’s still absolutely divine!!! Also check out their sister restaurant Romeow for lunch or dinner with cats hanging out with you!! They are right next to each other and both places are heaven on earth.

After 5 days in Rome, today I had the first best and second best bites of my whole trip, both here at Julietta Pastry and Lab.
Read moreI think non-vegans would not be able to guess that the items here are all vegan. The cream on the sweet bread (2nd favorite) was so fluffy and delicious and I will be dreaming of this perfect Torta Della Nonna for weeks (favorite).
The shop is beautiful, staff is friendly, and they also sell artisanal vegan cheeses, Jams/sauces, and some prepared tofu/tempeh/etc in the cold case.

I’ve never had any pastries like this in my life!!! Wow… even in London I can’t get anything this tasty. I recommend if you are there with friends get a few options to try out because once you see the display you will want everything! We bought four items (ate one in the shop!) and cost around €18 which for what you’re about to eat is unreal!!!

E finalmente anche io ho potuto assaporare dal vivo le delizie di questa pasticceria (e non solo) che nasce accanto al già noto veg ristorante ‘Romeo cat bistrot’ , stessa gentilissima titolare, e adoro questo connubio romantico . Locale essenziale, pulito, ordinato, e che dire se non che c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta su cosa provare. Un angolo del locale è dedicato alla vendita di sughi, creme, veg-formaggi e diversi altri prodotti. Insomma è una tappa romana da non perdere!

Read moreIt was hard to choose from all of the beautifully looking options, but I was happy about trying the pistachio semifreddo with raspberries, it was excellent! I’d definitely love to try out other options next time.
The prices are a bit elevated, but seem fair regarding the quality of their pastries.
It’s a pity that they only use single use cups containing plastic for tea and coffee, though. I also missed a bathroom and at least a sink to wash my hands.

Read moreThe shop is spacious and bright, there are a few seats to eat the fabulous food they prepare, with a tea or a juice. They also offer some preserves, sauces and ready meals, as well as vegan cleaning utensils and products. Every single pastry is beautifully decorated, delicious for the eyes and the palate, the combinations of flavours are original and very pleasant. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The experience at Julietta's is truly authentic! Starting from the very comfortable and warm furnishings. The welcome from the staff is most cordial and friendly. The sweets are prepared to perfection, beautiful to look at and so delicious to taste. I wish I had more mornings available to taste everything. The staff makes the difference. I look forward to coming again!

Some of the best vegan pastries I have ever had. It was far from where I was staying but definitely worth the visit. There is a very small seating area, I was lucky to get a seat and stay for a while. I cannot recommend this place enough!
