Lovely food and equally lovely host - Edit
I chose Happy Food and Health because its one of the vegan places that serves "real" food rather than junk food. It lives up to its name with delicious and nutritious options. I had a salad bowl with tofu, it was tasty and light, which meant I was also able to squeeze in a snickers inspired smoothie bowl - I loved it. The host was super friendly and made me feel very welcome and the place is relaxed and cozy. I highly recommend this place and if I was from the Netherlands, I think I would stop by regularly.

Amazing "warm bowl" with rice, grilled veggies, a cold salad and vegan meat of your choice. I've been to multiple places now and have to say I am pleasantly surprised. Best vegan place in Rotterdam! 🌱

The lady who came with her mom. The mom who i could speak little French with. I am thankful you made your trip from a point in Rotterdam, to come to visit us. We both know it was not a 'short'trip. But finally you where here and as i can read, it was worthy.

Delicious, creative, urban jungle - Edit
Perfect place for lunch. We had the "save the ocean burger" and foccacia, both were really delicious. Also the smoothies and lemonades are really good. Not to forget the pastry. Besides the typical burgers, they have some creative dishes I have not often seen. Plants everywhere create an urban jungle atmosphere.

I love the ambiente in the inside, staff is friendly and the kebab tasted exactly like gyros to me. I also liked that the dishes were different from the standards ones - not just burgers. Can't wait to try the breakfast!

I have definitely been living under a rock the last years, but still I was amazed that I had not yet heard of Happy Food and Health! The place looks amazing, a gazillion big plants and with the relaxed music in the background it was a perfect spot for a “lunch” of 4.5 hours. The food and drinks were all delicious, not the food you find in most restaurants but really original dishes and almost hard to believe it was all gluten-free and sugar free, so much flavour! The service is also great, friendly and they take their time for you, super nice owner. Definitely a new favourite restaurant in Rotterdam, highly recommended!

Ik heb al een aantal keren hier gegeten en tot nu toe was het overheerlijk! Vegan Food kan ZO lekker zijn wanneer het op de juiste wijze wordt bereid. Dat is hier zeker aan de orde. Een absolute aanrader voor de veganist, maar zeer zeker ook voor de non-veganist! De ambiance is daarnaast ook geweldig. Alsmede de gastheer -en vrouw. Ik vind het altijd moeilijk een keuze te maken. De keuze laat ik daarom over aan hen. Ze hebben me geen enkele keer teleurgesteld!

Completely vegan and gluten free restaurant with a lot of options. They also have baked goods (cookies, Rocky Road, cake) and healthier versions of soda (cherry cola, home made ice tea). The owner is super friendly, there's a good vibe. I definitely recommend this place for everyone, also when you're not vegan.
