Restaurant est. 2018 serving vegan food and drinks in a casual-intimate setting. On the menu are classic Spanish dishes as well as other rotating dishes. Dessert and beverage choices are aplenty. Relocated from Calle de Alejandro Rodríguez.

Ayer por fin pude conocer su nuevo restaurante. Les ha quedado muy bonito y la comida sigue estando igual de buena o mejor si cabe con los nuevos platos que, por supuesto, hemos probado( rabo que no es de toro y queso en texturas)

Estábamos de paso por la zona y decidimos entrar para probar. Nos pedimos las croquetas del chef(eran de espinacas y piñones), el cachopo y el arroz a la catalana. Estaba todo DELICIOSO y a muy buen precio teniendo en cuenta la calidad. Un 10.

Con muchas ganas de conocer el restaurante por lo visto en fotos y la variedad de la carta, sin embargo, nos hemos encontrado con platos muy normales y a temperaturas poco adecuadas.

New place of one of my favorite restaurants. - Edit
Last night we ate at the new charming premises of Hakuna Matata Veggie, one of my favorite restaurants in Madrid and in the world. Served by Yasmine and Javier, it is located in a much more central area, close to museums and galleries. The kitchen is in sight, the menu has been expanded. Recommended pastry, risotto, paella, cheese dice, tortilla, and the whole menu. When the weather permits they have a large terrace. Simply wonderful.

Estoy ENCANTADA con el nuevo local, es justo que toque que le faltaba. Además, en la calle Galileo n°12, el restaurante está mucho más céntrico y llegas en un momento. La comida sigue siendo 100% vegana y deliciosa!! El mejor restaurante vegano de Madrid, sin duda alguna!

Fast service, diverse menu and English speaking staff - Edit
I went there just to get some food take away. The waitress was speaking English fluently and with a great accent (not easy to find that in Spain). The service was very fast. In 10 mins my ceasar salad and the vegan tortilla were ready. I also liked the fact they use compostable package for the salad.

A neighborhood restaurant with many options to choose from - Edit
Simple restaurant a bit off the beaten track. If you happen to be in the area it is surely worth to eat here. They have an extensive menu, there are many options to choose from. My intention was to get something on the healthy side but then I saw they served the Beyond Meat burger and I wanted to try it. It was really delicious and filling, the dish comes with lots of fries and vegan mayo. It was actually strange to eat this burger because it has the texture of meat, which is something I don't really miss, however if you like the taste and the texture of meat, this can be a good option. The girl (owner or waiter, not sure) was also friendly and attentive. Good prices. This is a very good option for vegans in Madrid!
