Excellent food in Dublin - Edit
Went twice: had an amazing parsnip soup with sourdough bread for dinner, and a great mussaka salad for lunch, on the day after. The menu changes and there are different combinations/prices. It is not cheap but definitely worth it!

Dublin's Vegan-Vegetarian Staple - Edit
Wholesome hearty food with plenty of choice, tons of seating on 3 floors, and a nice atmosphere.
Read moreThough getting especially expensive nowadays. €6.50 for cake from a deli counter (as of 2023) is pushing it.

Pastries for vegan food without alliums - Edit
This is one of the top places that I wish to visit for my trip in Dublin. However, didn't have chance to try on the main dishes. As the staff mentioned that the main dishes contain onion and garlic which could not be removed.
Read moreAs a vegan and for food without alliums, there are limited choices. Alternatively is to take pastries, which they have few choices of vegan pastries.

A little #snack for the road-trip. A little croissant-like #jewish/ #polish #pastry filled with #chocolate - if there's #vegan chocolate AND pastry, I'll find it!

If you had enough of junk food, this is your place.

Food was tasty, but they need to improve desserts. We ordered 4 to share and none convinced me.
Staff was correct!
The location could not be better.

Homely environment - Edit
Cafeteria style dining so it’s great for a quicker meal if needed but a wonderful atmosphere if you’re wanting a drink as well. They had a really nice soup and wrap lunch combo. We went a couple times on our trip and highly recommend stopping by since they do switch up their specials and have a breakfast menu as well.

disappointed... - Edit
I was looking forward to this place, which made it to the top 10 in Dublin. Also impressive is a sign they have in there suggesting it's been vegetarian since 1998. I also liked the disposition, with small tables, and quaint seating. It's very centrally located.
Read moreHowever, I'm not returning there:
- the staff seemed very stressed out. In their defense: it was probably the peak lunch hour
- I found the mains at over 18€ expensive, even for Dublin, for a lunch menu. That said, there were cheaper options, including a soup+salad for 12€.
- I ended up ordering a sausage roll, which arrived only 20' later, and probably only because I asked if they had "forgotten me". The roll was cold by the time it got to my table, so probably they had!
- I also had a scone, which came with regular butter - i.e., with dairy butter! I was very surprised, as someone in the shop had told me they were a "fully vegan" shop. Was that person confused, and meant to say "vegetarian"? Got me thinking -- was the sausage I ate actually vegan? Was the scone vegan? :(

Pros: centrally located, luminous space, lots of seating over three levels
Cons: vegan/vegetarian confusion, long wait + cold food

All the food there is vegan! The only dairy they have is milk and butter, probably they made a mistake serving you the dairy butter.

Had several people recommend this place to me but what I had was under flavoured and a bit boring. Had expected better, but could have just been an off dish or day.

This is a cafeteria-style restaurant where you pick up your meal in line and then pay and then find a table. It's not fancy, but the food is hearty and delicious. and 100% vegan. Multiple options including salads and mains. Would definitely go back.

A bit disappointed… - Edit
Really good veg restaurant but unfortunately I'm a bit disappointed by the fact that it's not dog friendly, especially because as a veg restaurant it should accept animals as well as people are accepted. The ethics of veg consists precisely in making the idea that everyone living beings are the same and therefore I found this choice a bit hypocritical. I hope they understand my point of view and improve the situation, thanks!
