Nothing but love for Conucopia! - Edit
We feel lucky to have had Cornucopia as an option for vegan food in Dublin because it was delicious and we needed nourishing foods after so much plane travel and 2 days of walking around Dublin. It also seems that they are one of the only vegan places in the area that serves food later (until 10 pm) and was definitely one of the only places open on Good Friday. Thank you Cornucopia for not only being open on Good Friday when no one else is but for running an amazing special that night. You kept us well-fed while in Dublin and we're sad to think we might not be back for a long time. Side note: reasonable prices for the amount of food that you get. In the US and many other places like Europe you'd pay by the pound or kilo for that type of plate of food and it would be double the cost.

Seriously Good Food!!! - Edit
I wasn't sure how much luck I would have with finding vegetarian options in Dublin, but I was pleasantly surprised by Cornucopia!! I got the Mushroom and Lentil Lasagna with the Coleslaw and Cucumber/Daikon Salad and everything was amazing!!! The portions are huge and I couldn't finish everything. 10/10. I wish I lived here so that I could come everyday!!

Absolutely loved this place, so many great vegan options it was hard to choose, I wanted to taste everything! Ended up having some canneloni and it was so good. Also had some carrot cake which was everything I wanted it to be. Definitely go here when in Dublin!

Sustain this wonderful place! - Edit
There are very few vegan options in Dublin so it's very important that everyone protects this precious and wonderful place. Entrees are available with 2 salads or soup for 13.95 euros. I had the very delicious vegan "parcel" with beet root and tofu topped with a peanut marmalade along with chickpea and Brussel Sprout salad and the barley and Swiss chard citrus salad. A man threw a knife at me when I was sitting in the dining area so please be aware of mean people. Staff was very kind so there is hope!

Many vegan options - Edit
This is the kind of place where you order at the counter and seat yourself with a tray. Even though it's not a vegan restaurant, most things seemed to be vegan and they were clearly marked as such on the menu. Even some desserts were vegan. I had the noodle stir fry as a main and two salads on the side. I didn't care too much for the stir fry (too much lime flavor for my taste buds), but the salads were surprisingly good.

Staple Dublin Restaurant - Edit
This place has been going strong for 30 years, expanded multiple times. It has different and varied delicious food every day, laid out in buffet style for you to choose. Always quite busy and you can see why. Has live music some evenings and you will not leave disappointed.

must when in Dublin - Edit
Went on my second day in Dublin, and boy I wish I could have found it earlier. Vegetarian self service restaurant with lots of vegan options. Every main (13.50€) comes with two salads of your own choice. Lots of interesting flavours and huge portions. Both my omni parents and flexitarian boyfriend loved it. Lots of tables (several floors) all packed with people enjoying their food.
Read moreLovely William Morris wallpapers and Faith by Nature toiletries.
The bill came up to 46€ for three mains(+ salad sides) and a big soup with a good piece of spelt bread.
Pros: nice vibe. , lots of vegan options, huge plates

definitely a must eat at when in Dublin! - Edit
I was overwhelmed by the vegan choices, almost all lunch options (4 out of 5) were vegan, as well as all the salads and cakes! It was so hard to make a decision which one to choose ;-) We ended up with a yummy moussaka, two great salads and carrot cake for dessert. I can only highly recommend trying all those vegan yumminess!

They have suprising menu options. Most of the dishes I had never heard of or would have never thought to make them myself! Just shows how many options there still are, even when eating vegetarian/vegan, raw, glutenfree etc. :)

Great vision and purpose. Average food. - Edit
We ate here twice wanting to make sure we gave it a proper try. We are vegan so were pleased to have a restaurant with so many options. And the menu is inspired. Unfortunately, the taste did not live up. It was bland and unimpressive. It is difficult to say that as I always want to be supportive of vegan and vegetarian options. Ultimately though, we were unimpressed and found it to be a bit overpriced.

Plenty of your five a day - Edit
Initially a complete faff as we had to queue for some time to get food, we got to the counter and most the dishes were empty and staff didn't see to know what they had left, but it got sorted quickly...phew.
Read moreVegan options were clearly marked and I ordered vegan cannelloni with spinach cream, you got two salads with the dish for about euro 13. The next pain was the salads as they tried to ask at the hot counter and you couldn't see the salads. I asked for whatever they recommend.
The morning stops now as the food was great, wholesome as expected, plenty of veg and salad, my body felt health and full. The cannelloni was moist and flavoursome, my green salad was good, my beetroot and date salad was sweet and awesome.
Overall this simple school veggie, heathier than a lot of the new kida on the block and should be visited if in Dublin. It need more organisation, but is worth overcoming those issues.
Pros: Healthy, tonnes of vegan choices

Lots of Veggie Options - Edit
Visited Cornucopia twice, and although I wouldn't be very keen on returning, I must say they have some fabulous salads and fresh foods. I ordered soup both times being here, and they served it to me cold, which was very disappointing. I made sure not to order the raw soup they served, and when I asked the staff to heat it, both times it was returned to me just as cold. Other than this, the salads are tasty and there is good variety. I have yet to try their hot dinner-style meals as they are more expensive but there are plenty of options for both vegans and vegetarians. The cafe is quite large, but always busy!

Delicious food in a lovely area of Dublin. - Edit
My partner and I recently ate here during our trip to Dublin. We got the 30th anniversary special, which let us get 2 main courses, 4 salads, and 2 organic cold-pressed juices for 30 euros.
Read moreFor our main courses, we chose the mushroom jackfruit phyllo pie with delicious pesto on top and two stews over rice (I especially LOVED the one with tofu and veggies in a tamari, mirin, coconut, star anise sauce). The 4 salads were all tasty, but my favorite was definitely the creamy potato salad.
We really enjoyed our meal there, and even though the restaurant is vegetarian, it has MANY vegan options (as well as gluten-free and raw choices). We will definitely go back there if we visit Dublin again!
Pros: delicious food, variety of choices, large portions
Cons: not entirely vegan

Fantastic Find - Edit
When we checked Happy Cow we didn't notice this lovely place. For some reason the vegan tattoo shop and others were more significant on the list in the app.
Read moreSo we found it by accident today. It was truly delicious. The people were lovely, the place has a nice vibe and the portions are huge.
We both had a moussaka with two salad as side dishes.
The moussaka was very good in flavour and had vegan cheese on top.
My salads were tasty: one with lovely beetroot and the other with really crunchy beans. My partner had the coleslaw and red cabbage and a fruit salad.
I think it was a good price too. In Dublin I tend to find that food is expensive generally. We really liked this place. It compares well with similar veggie restaurants in other cities in Europe.
Pros: non dairy options with coffees etc, great friendly people, huge helpings
Cons: hard to notice in happy cow

Pricey but great food! - Edit
There is nothing I can say about the food, it is just the best mostly gourmet veg food in town. The place is nice and cosy. However, I find it to be a bit too pricey. Of course it is worth it but considering how busy it is all the time, I would expect them to be a bit more budget friendly.

One of the best vegan/vegetarian restaurants I have ever eaten at in Europe! I have found it a bit difficult finding good vegan restaurants out here. But after reading the reviews and checking this place it is a must try! I rest recommend this place it will not disappoint and the portions are big if your order a main meal!

We had lunch here and really enjoyed it. Several vegan options and everything looks and taste delicious. The location is good, in a nice part of the city centre and the kind of mansion looking building has several floors. You have the impression of eating in a living room. Very cosy. Highly recommandable
