Copper Branch is a cosy new addition to the little amount of vegan chains that exist in the Netherlands. As a franchise from a Canadian concept it matches perfectly to the growing need of simple but delicious plant-based food that is available. The Copper Club sandwich was delightful and tasty. The place is also perfect to settle down and read a book or do some work!

Way to expensive, with 3 different prices - Edit
Online it says 11,90 for a wrap, when you go into the store the display is an higher price and when you want to pay, the prices are even higher. It’s ridiculously expensive for something very simple. It goes against any principles of inclusion and therefore is not a good vegan restaurant.

We both had a bowl as an early dinner here. Sadly, they ran out of lentils, so the kind staff offered me quinoa in my greek bowl instead, which was absolutely yummy. The meat replacement was good as well, with a nice texture. I can highly recommend the onion rings as well, nice starter/side.

2. The prices are high and the portions small. We ordered two drinks, a side dish, a bowl and a (lonely) burger for 45 €. The food tasted all right but we left hungry.

But the burger and wrap were very good, which made up for it!

It’s always nice when vegan places pop up but this one really disappointed me. They look to have a decently big menu but when you look at it closely it’s the same 5 ingredients in different variations. They have this QR code menu so you order through your phone, and the servers constantly were confused about who ordered what. The food was bland, not horrible, but you know how vegan food can just be flavorless. And it was expensive too. Would absolutely not recommend, go to Backyard down the street.

Went here for a quick break while in the centre of Rotterdam and everything was delicious. You have to order through QR or at the counter.
Read moreService was quick but it wasn't too busy as it was between meal times. The matcha frappe sadly didn't taste like matcha but more like a vanilla shake. It was still okay but not what I expected. Pies were tasty, same for the cookies we took home.
Have yet to try any of the actual dishes but this was a great first visit.
