We ordered on appetizer as a homemade potato fries with cheese and bacon for main course. We had a rainbow pita and bbq pita the size of the food was really a hearty lunch we didn’t finish the fries and the have vegan wine !

Cookoomela's main option is mushroom souvlaki, they have various options with different sauces and veggies for toppings. I'm not a big mushroom fan but I enjoyed trying this. The flavors were great, the prices very reasonable. We also ordered the "cheesy bacon" potatoes - those I thought were just alright, they could have been cooked a bit longer and the potatoes to toppings ratio left a bit to be desired.

The mushroom gyros was fresh and well seasoned with a nice pita. The potatoes were super crispy.

Nice little spot to sit outside, friendly casual atmosphere. We ordered the green souvlaki and kebab both were DELICIOUS!!! The lentil kebab was my fav though. Loads of options, all vegan. Really decent prices too. Would definitely go back !

First of all you insult me ! Every single customer leaves the restaurant I clean the table in a second ! Cheapest mushrooms ? Do you know the Greek market ? Portobello mushrooms are very expensive ! Our potatoes and most of our sauces are organic ! Also pur food is not salty at all !

Vegan or not, You can’t come to to Athens without visiting this restaurant. I got a recommendation from the cooks and got the rainbow supreme souvlaki and it was unbelievably good. I met one of the owners and he was very kind and a vegan himself. So happy to find a restaurant like theirs. There are a lot of different options and I will be coming back, don’t miss out!
