Fancy but overpriced - Edit
I had a pistachio pizza that was extremely dry, like it had no sauce or melted cheese at all. It was also quite a plain pizza for the price.

Waiter was lovely but sat me in a corner out of the way, and had to wait ages and flag him down for the bill.

We had a great meal in this restaurant, however despite having a booking it took over half an hour to get a menu or a drink even though we asked a couple of times. This was picked up by our waiter who was then extremely helpful and gave us free desserts. The food was of a good quality - slightly pricey compared to other food we had in Madrid

I got the pesto gnocchi which was super yummy! Our waiter was very kind and sociable. The only downside was that it was quite pricey, and some of the dishes are quite small portions (thankfully what I got was filling though).

Fuimos a comer una amiga y yo y casi no nos habíamos sentado y ya teníamos en la mesa el risotto y su plato de pasta. Estaba un poco frío por lo que ya debía de estar hecho. Echamos de menos que tuvieran algo más de salsa. Eso si, los postres deliciosos y generosos.

For starters, this is a GORGEOUS fully vegan restaurant, something I don't come across often. Perfect for a treat yourself night or a date night or anything night (or day 🤷♀️). Got the paccheri with pistachio sauce and vegan bacon. Was delicious, just wish there was more sauce as that's where the flavor was mostly at.

Best Italian Restaurant in Madrid - 100% vegan - Edit
This is the most elegant vegan restaurant in Madrid. The place is amazing, beautiful and spacious, and has nice ambient music and extremely helpful staff. The dishes are incredible!!! My favs: vegan carbonara, arancini and pizzas. Don't forget the desserts that I recommend: tiramisu and pistachio cake.

Best vegan restaurant in Madrid we visited - Edit
Our experience has been very positive overall. The menu is very big with lots of options including pasta, pizza, rice, starters, burgers. I took pesto pasta while my partner took pasta carbonara. Carbonara was absolutely delicious, while the pesto pasta was just ok. We also had a tiramisù as a dessert and it was amazing.

The premises look nice with a lot of space between tables (I hate when tables are stuck next to each other), and prices were fair.
I would highly recommend Choose and we will definitely go back to this place to explore the menu further.

Interesting vegan Italian in Madrid - Edit
Vegan Italian is a growing field in vegan restaurants. This one does it well. The pizzas are varied and original and distinct in terms of options. The dough has a slightly sweeter taste than is typical. The arancini, a Sicilian favourite of mine, were perfect - one bolognese sauce the other a mushroom based recipe. It’s a relaxing restaurant with attentive and charming staff.

Muy buen servicio y un local precioso. La comida está estupenda y descubres platos tradicionales italianos menos conocidos. Es un poco carillo pero por la presentación y calidad de la comida y la intimidad y ambiente elegante del local, es mi favorito para veladas románticas o para celebrar ocasiones especiales.

I had dinner here with a bunch of friends and we tried a lot of dishes on the menu. Starters and mains were amazing, the desserts weren't so outstanding though. The restaurant is kind of classy and elegant so expect prices above the average veg*an restaurant. Even the wines and all the drinks are vegan, so it's worth every euro.
