I had delicious sushi. It was tasty and creative. My lunch cost 19 euros, which is cheaper than most restaurants in the neighborhood.

Good but… - Edit
I tried the tasting menu, and the presentation was excellent. However, the essential component—the rice—left me somewhat uncertain. Authentic « maki » (or sushi) should have discernible rice grains (it ain’t a rice cake!), but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Despite this, it remains a precious vegan spot for enjoying Japanese cuisine. I encourage improvement because without proper rice texture, it’s akin to having freshly made bolognese soffritto on Barilla spaghetti!

Great Service! - Edit
We had a great time! We came to the restaurant 30 min before closing time, thinking that they might not serve us, but they did!
Read moreWe shared a tasting menu, had a cocktail with lychee flavour, and a umeshu on the rocks.
Everything was great, and the waiter was really lovely💗she kept making sure we were comfortable and not feeling stressed. We also saw a few other getting food 15 min before closing time, and they seem fine.
Pros: Friendly staff

Delicious and Filling - Edit
Delightful experience of new delicious tastes with a friendly & stylishly atmosphere. No traditional maki options, yet Japanese Street Food is very authentic and scrumptious. Though we found the cart limited for gluten-free they did provide some good options that satisfied all in our party. A definite joyful moment we would go back to again.

Flavorful and filling ramen - Edit
We felt colds coming on and wanted soup. brEAThe serves up big bowls of noodles in a savory, flavorful broth. The grilled veggies and ginger give it a unique twist. And the tofu was delicious! The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was a perfect lunch!

Expensive but good - Edit
We ate here while in Paris, and yes, the food was very delicious and definitely satisfied me. Just the prices were a bit steep in relation to the amount you get. Especially the Donburi. But I'd argue that eating Vegan Sushi in the heart of France has it's price. The staff is also nice and was gladly speaking English to us. Check it out if you're there, it will be worth it.

Excellent sushi and ramen - Edit
Really enjoyed the sushi here, the fillings were so novel compared to other places I've tried eg nuts and kiwi! The ramen was also excellent. Was able to get a place for one person without wait.

A really lovely little sushi bar. We tried four different types of sushi - all delicious! Food was reasonably priced but felt the alcohol was too expensive, so got a lemonade instead. Would visit again.

Staff was very friendly and the decor looks great, butthe food itself was nothing special. I found the sushi to be dry and lacking flavour. Ramen soup was basic but quite tasty.

Good but not great vegan sushi and ramen in Paris - Edit
This was one of the highest-rated vegan places in Paris and we were super-excited for it, but it was a bit of a letdown. To be clear: the food was pretty good and we enjoyed it. Perhaps because we have amazing vegan sushi in Miami (Planta Queen and Shido), the sushi here seemed good but not great. The main thing was that there was a lot of rice, which the delicious sauces couldn’t quite make up for. The tasting plate had good value/variety and we enjoyed it, it just wasn’t on par with the top-notch vegan sushi we are lucky to have in Miami. We also got the ramen, which was good, but a little lacking in flavor/nuance. Overall, I’d say if you don’t have access to vegan sushi and are missing it from your non-vegan times, come here and enjoy – but temper your expectations. A very solid 4 stars from me.
