I’m going to attempt making this a long story short. We traveled to Austin for a quick little family getaway and I was super anxious to try some vegan restaurants. We arrived at Bouldin Creek hungry and tired from our travels. I was surprised that the truly vegan breakfast options were minimal but happy that they had some. The waitress we had, Anna, was a total beast and killed my vibe for the better half of my day. I shouldn’t have let someone else have that affect on me but none the less. The manager, Cameron, was very apologetic and sent us away with some vegan treats that were super tasty. I will give this place another try just because of that. So my tip for you is, avoid Anna.
