Best vegan sliders - Edit
Everything tasted great. The cornbread and sliders were standouts to me. All in all probably the best value is to order the tasting menu for two with the wine pairings rather than order a la carte with a bottle of wine. The price is not cheap, but would definitely go back for a special occasion.

We went there on a weekday without reservation and they had a spot for us.
Read moreFood was superb with their sharing style dishes. Little bit more on the upper scale for prices but still okay.
Two little mishaps, with a wine on the menu they didnt have and a very long wait for some off the food. But they made up for it without unpromted.

Tasty - however portions are small for the price - Edit
One tiny so-so tasting Beyond Meat slider will put your out more DKK than a full and possibly yummier Beyond Meat burger elsewhere in København - so you can probably skip the slider, and the Bahn Mi, and a few other items on the menu. That said, there are some tasty (and beautiful looking) dishes here. More of a snack or brunch place than a full meal.

Great food and service - Edit
Me and my partner chose this restaurant for a date night. Comparing with the prices from our country, the meals here are expensive, but it was totally worth it. We selected the 6 servings menu, meant to be shared and everything was delicious, the pace was perfect and the service top level. The menu includes entrees, a variety of different types of dishes of different cuisines and also dessert. You can taste and feel the quality of the ingredients. Totally recommend!

Excellent food, beer and service - Edit
We went for dinner and had the 6-course menu (395 DKK/person) which was really delicious and definitely can be recommended! It was really worth the price, and all the servings were interesting and delicious. We had craft beer as well, and the beers were really tasteful and quite cheap and big compared to Copenhagen prices.

Best restaurant I have been to? - Edit
Bringing their outstanding plant-based cuisine from fine dining (Ark) to a more causal experience, Beyla delivers on absolutely everything: outstanding food, a great experience, and a modern trendy atmosphere. We had the six course menu so we could try everything and this is probably the most subtle and complex, yet more-ish, food I have had.

A must-see in Copenhagen! - Edit
We had the six course menu at Beyla, which was absolutely awesome, because you get to try everything and it is a fitting amount. It even more than pleased the meat eaters that came with us, although Beyla doesn‘t try at all to go with meat alternatives but just works with vegetables and spices, often asian taste inspired. Our absolute highlight were the home grown mushrooms, a bit spicy and clearly outstanding.
Read moreAlthough it is a bit more expensive than others, it‘s absolutely worth every krone, food and experience wise. Plus nice seating on the in and outside. (not to mention the most creative way of hiding a bathroom door)! We are absolutely happy! ☺️

YES YES YES!! ✨ - Edit
I highly recommend Souls. It's food for the soul. The food is high quality, the flavors are perfectly composed. They are growing their own food, from plant to plate. They're saving our planet in the most delicious way ever. The staff is the most lovable staff me and my fiance have ever met. Emilio, our waiter did the experience 10 times better, what a guy!!!! He is vegan, like the owner himself!! They know what they're talking about!

The breaded oyster muschrooms is the best thing i have had in a long time! - Edit
Amazing experience! My girlfriend is a meat eater but she was just as amazed as me by the dishes! The starter and all the dishes was really amazing, only dish that was kinda meh was the salad with vegan feta. Like it was good but I didn't really care for normal feta dishes so this was kinda meh, but the rest was amazing! And really loved the vibe with random genres of music playing and staff was super nice!

Cozy and contemporary place in a lovely part of Copenhagen. The food is exceptional and I believe Beyla (previously Souls) should be considered amongst the top vegan restaurants in Europe. Will definitely come back, again and again. One minus was that we had to go for the lunch/brunch as the evening menue was quite expensive.

Best vegan restaurant I’ve ever been to?? - Edit
Im from Los Ángeles and have been a vegetarian for like 15 years, I’ve definitely had some pretty good vegan food. This place genuinely has the most dynamic vegan plates I’ve had in a longggg. Korean-fried-home-grown mushrooms ripped my face off. Also got the beyond slider (it’s soooo nice to get a small portion of a beyond burger!) and the fries, which came with a really good maple-bourbon sauce. Lastly we got the butternut squash dish which was completely stellar, soooooooo much flavor in it. And we had a smoked iced tea and a chamomile tea that were sooo refreshing. Our waiter was really funny and super cute and the entire dinner was just so so so so good!!!

We love it - Edit
We have been to the other restaurants in the Ark collection several times, and were equally happy when trying Souls.
Read moreWe ordered 4 dishes to share which was enough for us, and the waiter adviced us on which order he though was best. Service is as stellar as the rest of Arks restaurants, the owner Jason was there, equally lovely as usual. And the food was amazing - especially the japanese pancakes that BLEW OUR MINDS!
Pros: Japanese pancakes, Service

I went to Souls during their soft opening in November 2022. Although it was a limited menu, everything I had was crafted to perfection. I would love to return to see if it’s even better once they have a chance to be open for some time.

Delicious lunch - Edit
After eating at Bistro Lupa we got curious about the other Ark experiences. It did not disappoint.
Read moreThey have a different approach here and we payed half of what we spend for the 5 course meal. The quality of the dishes differed quite a lot.
We had the feta salad and mushroom toast. Both tasty but the salad was small, not mind-blowing except for the few chunks of okay feta we thought we could make this at home. There were no specific seasonal/local ingredients like fresh herbs or leafy greens.
The toast was filling and good.
As a second round we got the Japanese pancake and scone. Both were delicious. The scone is a little side dish but warm out of the oven and with a great jam.
The pancake was the highlight, beautifully presented and delicious.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
