I avoid reviews on restaurants less than 3 stars, only when the service is too bad, because a review based on single experience could be prejudicial to a business. Does not have any value having respect with animals and not respect people. Visiting a restaurant, specially the small ones is creating a connection, sometimes learning how to use a new seasoning, how to cook a new ingredient or just learn about the local culture. I basically ignore any reviews here to decide if I want to go, specially because richer countries have the worst taste for food.
