Yes, agreed. The owner of my hotel (also a Buddhist vegetarian like me) wholeheartedly recommended this place to me, said it was the best in town. Wrong. It is horrible...ok, maybe not that bad, but close. I got the strong feeling of a place that was probably the "place to be" a few years ago, and is now falling apart, with a staff that just stopped caring...I couldn't even get a glass of water, and the place is pretty nasty too.. Hello owners of this place? There is an Internet nowadays and people share information...you cannot rest on your laurels and forever rake in money just because you might have been "the best" 5 or 10 years ago...get it together or go under.
